Chase is not the best,
My husband and I have two Evenflo car seats, the Maestro and the Chase. The Maestro is by far the superior car seat! The straps are much easier to adjust and the arm rests are more user friendly. The seat is comfy on long trips, and the head area is much more protected. The straps on the Chase are difficult to adjust and change settings as the child grows. Not a bad product, just not as user friendly as the Maestro.

So Far I haven’t had any problem with this car seat. This is actually my third of this item, I have twins and I needed a second set of carseats. Someone loaned me a third carseat, so I bought this as my fourth. I’ve had the chase car seats and never had any problems with them yet. They’re light-weight and easy to put in the car. I read other reviews and people have complained about where the harness adjuster is, but I haven’t had any problem with it. I think it’s a great buy.
